Creating this retreat feels incredibly special to me because it brings together so many things I care deeply about. The Champagne region is where I come from, and over the years I have realised how powerful it can be to step away from the everyday demands of business to think properly again, reconnect with yourself and surround yourself with inspiring conversations.

This retreat is for female founders who are evolving personally and professionally and who know they need more than another networking event or business workshop to move the needle. It is for the women who have been building, giving, showing up and supporting everyone else, but who rarely give themselves the time and space to pause and ask what they really want next.
Over 4 days and 3 nights, you will experience beautiful food, Champagne experiences, meaningful conversations, visibility discussions, pampering, professional photography and time to breathe. There will be moments to reflect on your business, your direction, your confidence and the way you want to be seen moving forward.
You will visit a small and local champagne house as well as a prestigious one in Reims, enjoy some of the beauty and culture of the region and finish the retreat with professional makeup and a personal brand photoshoot designed to capture this next stage of your evolution.
I wanted this experience to feel thoughtful, inspiring and genuinely supportive. A retreat where business conversations happen naturally around the table over good food and Champagne, where connections feel real and where you leave not only with beautiful photographs, but with renewed clarity, energy and excitement for what comes next.
The Château's History
The château was first built in the 12th century, then rebuilt in the 17th century, and again after World War I in 1925. It kept medieval underground tunnels of 13 meters deep, featuring chalk carvings and historical inscriptions. The château also features dungeons, a vaulted cellar and a chapel.
Previously owned by the archbishop of Reims, it was acquired by Count Guillaume de Champagne after WWI.
In 2020, 2 sisters Blanche-Marie and Laëtitia began a new chapter, completely renovating the château with contemporary materials while preserving its historical character.

Approximately 2h30 drive from Calais
Around 150km from Paris
Accessible via TGV from Paris to Bezannes (transfers can be arranged from Bezannes to the Château)
